Yes. we accept returns for a refund or an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your order. This excludes items that were discounted due to faults, pre-owned items or items that can't be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Please do not remove the security seal until you are happy with your order. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the Product, its tags, security devices or seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.
The security tag must not be removed and be fully intact when you return any item to entitle you to an exchange or refund.
The return must be made within 14 days after you received your order.
No, due to hygiene reasons we don't accept returns on swimwear, hats & perfumes.

For international orders you can make an return label at your local carrier and send it to FBYMM H.Q.

We recommend that you return your items via registered and insured post, however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
